The Politics of Permaculture

In this insightful book, Terry unpacks the theory and practice of the permaculture movement with all of the insight and grace earned from an academic career in sociology. In this book I illustrated elements from Terry’s extensive work in Zimbabwe, where he and 8000 farmers transformed a desertifying village into a lush, productive and regenerative large-scale example of permaculture. The cover design was one of my favourite parts of this project.

Brenna acknowledges the Minang and Bibbulmun people of the Noongar nation as the traditional owners of the Boodjar/Country where she works, lives and grows food. She is deeply grateful to elders past and present for their care and protection of this Boodjar over countless generations.  Sovereignty was never ceded.
